Paris Harley-Davidson

I recently had my 2017 wide glide dyno'd at Paris Harley-Davidson, and I couldn't be more impressed. The bike runs absolutely perfect now. Charles took the time to get everything dialed in right, and you can feel the difference immediately. They are professional, knowledgeable, and they clearly care about doing the job correctly not just quickly. If you're considering a dyno tune, I highly recommend trusting these guys! Worth every penny.

Yesterday my Brother and Nephew came by and wanted to ride due to the beautiful weather after all the snow. Hadn’t started my bike in three months due to surgery and of course the battery was dead. Called Kent Whitacre at Paris Harley to check on the battery stock availability. He said get it up there and they would get her going. After a fast charge the bike started and we were in our way. Upon arrival I told the service Tech to put a three hole oil change on the bike due to the long period of inactivity and a new battery. One hour and a half later we were on the road. Thank You Paris Harley Davidson for your outstanding service and promptness. It is much appreciated!

Best customer service!! I used them to get new handle bars on my Harley Tri Glide. I had some trailer problems and called to cancel my appointment to bring it in & they offered to come pick it up. They sent their guy the next day & I’m 70 miles away. Their labor rates beat every place I called. I will definitely drive the extra miles to make this my Home dealership. They definitely earned 10 starts, but I could only give 5

We broke down on the side of the road, and the Harley-Davidson team in Paris, Texas didn’t hesitate, they came to pick us up quickly and got us back on the road in no time. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help us out when we really needed it. You can tell they care about their riders and community. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone traveling through or local, absolutely first-class service!!!

The guys here were awesome. Didn't think I was going to get a bike without a cosigner, but they were able to do it in just my name. If you're looking to get a bike, this is where you should go.
