I was sold a 2003 Ford Explorer with transmission issues. I was given the run around for a month and a half about fixing the car and replacing it. I lost my job because the car broke down and I wasn't able to get to work. Whatever you do, do not buy from this guy. Yes, his cars are cheap, but they are cheap for a reason. I will be applying lemon laws in an attempt to recoup my loss, but take my advice. If you need a cheap car, save a little bit and go to another dealership. It's not worth the headache and expense for when that car inevitably breaks down.

Customer service is a joke .. people answering adds of marketing are disrespectful and not helpful at all.. will be stopping down in person to see if they act the same way... Way overpriced truck .. and not really willing to negotiate.. cocky answers and that's if you even get an answer.. read other reviews and stay away from this place . Personally know of people buying fake stickers off this company so how trustworthy can there "just inspected" adds really be .. be ware of poor business educate and junk cars

I’m writing this review on behalf of a friend who had an absolutely horrific experience with Park Lane Auto Sales. They sold him a complete lemon of a car, promising it was in great condition. When issues arose almost immediately, they gave him the runaround, claiming they’d replace the car but lied and ghosted him. This shady behavior not only cost him the car but they caused him to lose his job!!! This dealership is a scam, plain and simple. They prey on trusting customers, sell faulty vehicles, and then dodge responsibility when things go wrong. Save yourself the headache and avoid Park Lane Auto Sales at all costs. Got a car from this place paid good money for a horrible car nothing but trouble after 2 weeks of ownership spent about 2 grand in repairs and still having trouble they know what they sold
