Park N Sell/The CAR LOT

I had an amazing experience with the owner, Doug. Kind, easy going and helpful. His cars go through his shop to be checked out mechanically before he sells them. I bought a Volvo Station Wagon. I love my new car and appreciate Doug. I would recommend this small, one man dealership to anyone.

Doug at Chico Park N Sell was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a nice, clean dependable pre-owned vehicle. He often offers very affordable car payment plans with a modest down payment and short term financing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I don't understand how people can write good stuff about this place or Doug. He was rude. I told him I had a long way to get there and extra took a day off to get a bedliner he had posted on facebook. Having him getting on my nerves texting me whilst I was on my way wasn't fun either but whatever. So I arrive after a long drive, the other guys there weren't even talking to me, greeting me or helping me to find Doug. Just got ignored. Anyway so I find him and after another rude comment about my truck setup it turns out he had ALREADY SOLD the bedliner. All I got was a 'whoops, yeah sorry about that I guess'. Highly unprofessional, unfriendly and absolutely idiotic.

Have bought several vehicles over the years, and Doug has never done me wrong. Has even helped me when i had problems. I would refer and have, anyone. Doug is a stand up guy. Thankyou for being a reliable place, and guy. Angela Barber -Petty

Expensive and no quality inventory. The vehicles are not reconditioned like most places. It's just consignment vehicles and these ppl are just charging whatever they think they can get over what the owners wants for the car. They charge a monthly fee to park cars here and then mark the vehicles too high to sell. Quite an interesting racket if you ask me.
