Parker Chevrolet GMC

Very odd experience here. The vibes were weird from the get go. Not super welcoming. No negotating allowed on the price of a vehicle... very weird. They acted like they didn't really care we were even there. The car we bought was not detailed- it could have been MUCH cleaner when presented and was not filled with a full tank of gas. Prior car purchases I have made at other dealerships they took pride in detailing the vehicles and included a full tank of gas. The finance lady was good though.

We just moved to Georgia, in Ashburn, and need a reliable dealership for regular maintenance on our vehicles. I called to see about getting oil changes and tire rotation on our Jeeps and the man who answered the phone asked if we purchased the vehicle from them - no we are from out of state. He then said "We try to stay away from foreign vehicles if they were not purchased from us" You just took a potential future customer and turned them away, I hope your business is booming so much that you can afford to do so.

I have always taken my gmc acadia to Parker Chevrolet in Ashburn, GA for service and maintenance as it is the closest dealership to me. However, I called today and was met with nothing but bad service. The service person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me when she was being questioned as to why I had to wait until March for a safety issue with my vehicle. The drivers side seat belt will not latch, and they expect me to wait until March for this to be fixed. Also, they replaced the battery in my key fob and now said key fob does not work, vehicle is not recognizing my key fob, and I am unable to use said key fob. The fact that a GM dealership expects you to wait until MARCH and it is now DECEMBER for a safety issue to be addressed is simply ridiculous and unacceptable. The fa

Recently did a trade with Cher and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience! I found her posting on Facebook on a Monday, handled pretty much everything over the phone and drove Friday to do the trade. Her and the rest of the staff we encountered were so nice and accommodating. We were in and out and back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

Parker has the best service! I called telling them something was not working. They got my car in that day and made the repair and got me out. I will always buy my cars from Parker Chevrolet
