If I could give zero stars, I would. Service was TERRIBLE. Reserved a U-Haul and no one was there to assist us even though we arrived on time. When mechanic called the owner she said she couldn’t come until FIVE PM even though we were already there and travelled 40 minutes to pick up our reservation. Ended up going to Fitzgerald. Terrible service and would not recommend to anyone wanting to rent out a U-Haul vehicle.

I had a flat tire on my trailer 12hrs away from home. I brought the tire in 5min before they were ready to close. They squeezed me in and installed a brand new tire on my rim for a reasonable price and had me on my way in no time. Thanks guys.

Showed up at this place at 7am because I had gotten a hole in my tire from the interstate they’re announced on their page they’re opened at 8am I called left a voicemail and nobody would answer the phone. A lady eventually showed up and told me that nobody was there to do any work on my tire or put a new one on. (Mind you this is a tire place) I don’t live here however I will never come back to this place. It’s a joke.

It was an excellent experience today at South Main Garage. Blessings
