I called them first thing in the morning (on a Monday) and Josh picked up quick! He was so kind and courteous! He told me 30 minutes and Eric was right on time to tow my car. Eric was very professional, nice and funny! Excellent service!!

Driver was great! Drove me to the nearest nice hotel in town and picked me up when my car was finished. Did not take them long at all to replace my alternator. All around great staff.

An elderly lady got her car stuck on a snow bank so I called Parker Truck Repair and Towing to help her get unstuck. Josh got there very quickly and was able to get her car situated in no time. I was going to cover the cost for the lady but when Josh found out I was a Marine Corps Vet he told me to worry about it. It was an incredibly nice thing to do and it was very much appreciated.
