Got there yesterday to swap good tires from steel wheels to aluminum wheels wick were worn out already and getting them balanced there were fast and respectful but at the end don't know what happened I got home with rear lug nuts loose 4 out of the 8 on the rear were loose 1/4 inch they never tighten them I was hauling a car trailer and it's my welding rig so I had lots of weight on my dually tires drove 50 miles to my destination thank God I made it safe but that could of been a really bad accident in the freeway also damage my aluminum wheels,!I'm really disappointed I been there several times and this is the first time this happened to me I paid almost 400 dlls for that job and couldn't even doble check their work can't imagine trusting that work on a semi rig.

I’ve had the same guy come out now on 3 occasions. Alex is the best. He’s never had me wait longer than 60 minutes for him to show up and even when in the dirt on a side road in what can only be called the “middle of nowhere” he had me serviced in under 20 minutes each and every time. Class act. An absolute asset to the company!

My first choice whenever the fleet I take care of need a tire or a tire repair they are fast and professional

Just want to say thank you so much to Parkhouse Tire Employees. They were quick to change my trailer tire and finish the paperwork in less than thirty minutes. Very caring and professional people. Plenty of room for semi truck and trailer to get in and out. Good job!

I don't think we should give any STAR for the Attitude they carry in the Market Mr. Elvin The Manger I Think You Need Little More Education to Talk to Customer & Mr .John You Guys are The Best In The Worst Service Class. You Should Learn the Discipline of Talking and Behaving .
