Joe‘s explanation falls again into the lying category. The warranty was issued because of a failed AC system as I stated they made good on that after buying the equipment to fix it. My vehicle was stored in New York during the time I was up there the so-called warranty he issued expired while my vehicle was still in storage. The truck was not being driven until I drove home to Virginia for a state inspection there as I stated earlier, I drove home without rear brakes. I did not know this at the time because they made no noise because everything was totally locked up. The repair cost me over $800 when I had the vehicle inspected in Virginia. Joe called me after my first negative review and wanted to explain to me that he had made a mistake telling me rear brakes are not part of the New York

These guys are amazing. I’ve been a customer here for years and am still very satisfied with the service that they provide. I’ve gotten two vehicles from them and it’s nice to know that when you buy a car, there aren’t any surprises. They go through their cars from top to bottom before they’re allowed out of the lot. I bought a Jeep from Joe and Joe Jr 4 years ago and it was totaled in an MVA - I wanted to get another Jeep from them because they are honest and fair people, not to mention excellent and knowledgeable mechanics. They always fit you in if you’ve got an issue and will take the time to explain to you all of the details of what’s being done, no surprises when you get your bill except of how affordable they are! I let them know my price range and what I was looking for and within a few days, they found me what I wanted and at such a great price, I’m pretty sure they took a loss on it.
