Parkwood Heights Senior Living Community

My Mom moved into Parkwood almost two years ago and the entire experience has been wonderful. From the moment we took the tour with Lisa, Mom knew that she wanted to be a part of the Parkwood community. The apartment is bright and comfortable, the dining experience is always enjoyable and she loves the "field trips" and other activities. She can stay as busy as she wants and appreciates the convenience of the on-site hair salon, the blood lab services, podiatrist visits and other services. The staff are all wonderful and caring and genuinely care about the residents!

My parents moved in Parkwood in October of 2025. They are 97 and 91, and in good health. They were just initially unsettled, moving there after living in the same house for 70+ years. Wow, what a difference over an extremely short time... They absolutely love the people, staff, food (quality, quantity and service), activities and more. They have also taken advantage of the transportation, going to a dental and eye appointment. Go for a visit and ask them yourselves!

Could not be more pleased with Parkwood Heights. The care that my mom receives far exceeded my expectations. The staff are well trained, responsive and always smiling.

Our experience moving into Parkwood Heights has been excellent. The whole process from the first visit to living there over the last months has been very positive. The services and food are top notch. The community as a whole are warm and welcoming and have embraced us with open arms. We are extremely happy we moved to Parkwood Heights and highly recommend to others looking for a great place to live.

My wife Margie and I have been residents of Parkwood Heights for nearly 3 years. The unit we are leasing is perfect for our needs, at a price we consider to be reasonable. The unit is air conditioned, and the heating system is excellent. All utilities, maintenance, lawn care, and required repairs are included in the lease. The maintenance crew is friendly, responsive, reliable, efficient and capable. Everyone on the staff at Parkwood has presented themselves as professional, courteous and caring. If you are considering senior living, Parkwood Heights is definitely (in our opinion) a facility worthy of consideration.
