From the top right on down to the technician this dealership service department is TOP SHELF! Kudos Scott Robbins, and your addition of Rick Travoto! I've NEVER been more pleased and satisfied with a dealership service department! You have treated my GMC Yukon with the same degree of professionalism as you treat my Corvette. Thank you for proving me wrong yet again! Please know, in MY opinion, you ALL rock Van Bortel service department!

We took the car to have snow tires changed for summer tires, and it turned out the dealership had damaged one of our snow tires removing it the previous year. They bought a replacement tire to make up for the damage, but we had to pay to replace a second tire that would pair with it, so they would match. An unexpected expense, and a half-used tire going to waste. Also, an extra trip to the dealer to get the two new tires put on. It's not convenient- one hour round trip to get there.

VanBortel Corvette has amazing sales, service, technicians (ie detail) staff that are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and customer focused. The dealership promotes honesty, doing the right thing for the customer, quality work and a great experience all around!
