For the past two years, I’ve taken my German vehicle to Mark at Parma Tire & Automotive based on a strong business referral from the area. Unfortunately, my experiences have raised serious concerns about the quality and honesty of the service I received. Both years, I requested a tire rotation—and both times, it was not done. I removed the valve stem caps from my rear tires beforehand to test this, and after the “rotation,” the same tires with missing caps were still on the rear. That alone is disappointing, especially from a shop that came highly recommended. Also, no finger or hand prints on the dusty rims. I’m an out-of-state student and have been going to Parma Tire & Automotive for my car needs, usually with good experiences UNITL THIS VISIT. I brought my car in because of a check engine light. They told me my coolant hose needed to be replaced and suggested doing that along with an oil change, for about $500. They replaced the hose, but the check engine light was still on. At that point, I was told they couldn’t fix the issue and that I’d need to take it to the dealership instead. They waived the diagnostic fee, but I was still left with a $399 bill for a repair that didn’t address the actual problem. First time there. Dealt with Mark, he was super friendly and honest. I had to have my car back by a certain time (which I mentioned in passing a few days before I actually took my car there) and not only did he make sure it was done in time, he even remembered the reason why, from I first conversation. They didn’t try to upsell me like a lot of garages will do. I needed four new tires and an oil change and it was actually pretty cheap in my opinion. We needed a new garage to go to since we moved last year and I can honestly say I will be using Parma Tire moving forward. Highly recommended!

Great experience, needed a leaking tire fixed - walked in and dropped off my car in the morning, had it back and fixed early afternoon, extremely good pricing as well. Will definitely be coming back for any other needs in the future, highly recommend.
