Parmenter Tire, Auto, & Truck Service - Cortland

Quick, friendly service. We were visiting from out of town and were in a bind with a blown heavy trailer (specialty) tire. The tire was ordered for the next day. An exact match at a good price. I have no reservations recommending this place.

Lifesaving Service! Yes, they were lifesavers; but I also want to underscore service. I was due to drive 3,000 back to Oregon after a visit with family in Homer. But just before leaving, I discovered two tires with bulges and tears. I would not have made it far. However, every place I called in the area, and even from Ithaca to Syracuse said one of the following: Don't have those tires; cannot get those tires for days (one place said 6-7); or we are too busy for you. Then I discovered Parmenter. Larry, the Manager, said he could get the tires in 4 hours and could get me in. He quoted each and every price, from tire cost to installation. Nothing was left out.
