Pars Car Sales Duluth

Purchased a 2010 Acura MDX and it has a lot of problems they said they did a lot of work to it like replaced the engine and couldn’t even do spark plugs or anything else. I will list everything I had to replace myself they do not take care of their inventory for vehicles especially this location. Below you will see the spark plugs I pulled from the “new engine” along with PCV valve and a hole in the intake hose. This is just skimming the surface. The car is beautiful but service and the mechanic don’t know what they are doing. Pars Cars is not a good place to buy vehicles

kinda sad, i purchased a car 7 months ago and was in need so the most i could give was $500 and ended up going on a payment plan for $2k down and they were only willing to give me the cheapest car they had.. the car was smoking days after getting it, when i brought it back i was told the oil needed to be changed though the light never came on, had someone else look at it and they said it wasn’t my oil but something leaking under the car.. car was okay considering i only drove to and from work but 7 months later into the loan and this past Saturday 02/21 i am now either having transmission or an alternator problem.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I was 9 months pregnant and have an 18 month old and needed a new car. Pars cars says they can get me in for $500 down. Well, I went up there and they in fact did not get me a car for $500 down. It was $2,000 down. I had to haggle to get the price I wanted a month because no way were you trying to charge me $2000 down and $500-$600 a month! Finally got the price I was okay with. Then I get my car and the check engine light turn on the very next day. Mind you I only drove it home! I call my sales guy I tell him what’s going on, he tells his manager, they tell me to bring it back and they will fix it. I take it back mind you this is my only vehicle and I’m over an hour away from this location. They claim they didn’t have loaner vehicles or anything that

The salesman Wayne was great!! He was helpful in the entire process. I trusted his recommendations in the vehicles he showed. We settled for the FORD!!! Go to WAYNE!! Update: The Sales Manager [in the box] declined to fix the A/c (cold air) issue, stating, "I waited too long to bring car to shop." They did fix the horn and bumper.

I'm going to make this short and sweet as possible, because if I were to go into details of my experience it would take paragraphs. I went to Pars Cars after being lied to by several car dealers, everyone that's ever shopped for a car, know what I'm talking about. When they have you to come down after you've already told them what you don't have or what you don't wanna pay and they have you come in and say you need everything you told them you don't have.
