It's official. Some college grad kid has found out how to destroy this company. As of today, I am calling a central dispatch number that routes my call to any available branch person, that I have no established repor with. I deal with the El Cajon branch, but my call goes elsewhere. I asked to speak to Branon, and the guy says he'll transfer me to Brenda. It took me 4 phone calls to get through to El Cajon. Twice I was transferred, then told my call could not be completed as dialed. What moron made this decision to centralize the phones? The owner's nephew, or some salesman? Either way, big mistake. As a business owner of 31 years, I've seen this garbage before, and it's as simple as someone being convinced this is a good idea, then wondering why sales numbers drop. You've gone from great,

Excellent Customer Service was delivered by employee Mark Martinez. He assisted me with the auto parts that I needed. I highly recommend this company for all your automobile needs.

So far I've dealt with this store I don't know maybe 7-8 times and they have had every part I've needed. Their care for you and your vehicle is genuine. My tensioner pulley on my 1998 Durango was shot and had broken so bad there wasn't anything left except pieces. Most places won't let you make repairs in yoyr vehicle at their location and I don't blame them. Anyways the manager insisted hat I make the repair before I left the he parking lot cause is wasn't safe to drive so 5 stars all day for these people! And always has best prices
