Used to be good dealership. NOT ANYMORE !!! After last service technician forgot or was too lazy to put one bolt underneath of my Audi 6. Also coolant wasn’t looking good after flushing and changing service. I contacted service advisor Tim but he didn’t even responded to my voicemails. So I called manager of service department and he told me that I can come tomorrow and pick up my part(bolt). I visited Audi of Hoffman Estate dealership today but Tim and manager wasn’t available. One of service advisors I think his name is Anthony (bald head) did me favor to call Tim but instead to find out where is part , told me to wait 5 minutes. I waited 5 minutes and ask service advisor Anthony ( with bold head) if he could call Tim and let him know I’m running late to work. But he WAS VERY RUDE and re
