I went in for my first cleaning yesterday. Its a little confusing entering the area and finding out where you're supposed to go and when but after the first time its easy to navigate. I got the $20 external wash and interior cleaning. I would say that specific experience was a 4/5. Obviously its not going to remove every little spec of dirt. The workers should do a better job of finding those unclean areas after the wash and getting rid of the residual dirt.

Wasn't impressed. Paid for the top car wash and the inside was barely touched. We had both of our cars done and we had dust on our dash, grease marks on the plastic around our gear sticks, the cloth that had been used to clean inside the car must have been dirty or old because the car smelled of mildew after the cleaning. They claim to have a rain protection thing on the windscreens but I noticed no difference than before I had the car washed when it rains later that day. You get two extra outer washes for free in the same month when you buy the wash we opted for - we won't even bother going back for them. Maybe they do a better job if you're driving a jag or a Benz, but don't bother going if you're driving the type of car that regular people have.

The facility is closed while the customers need it the most recently. You guys' claim is due to the extreme temperature. But the outside commercial car wash facilities are still open. And your service department is still washing the cars with service. At the minimum, you should update your website about the closing so people do not waste time to drive there. Please keep your customers in your mind when do services not just when you trying to sell a car.

Just used this car wash on my Mercedes gle 350, for most part car was clean, missed a few spots in back hatch door. Carwash did not dry well though, compared to other auto washes. Employees seemed nice though.

Well it’s free, but it’s nothing close to satisfactory. I’d expect at least someone to dry your car using towels even if it’s free, otherwise to me it’s just a half car wash. How does it make sense for me to drive the car away half wet? The self service vacuum, as someone else already brought up 2 months ago, the machines don’t work! It’ll turn on with some noises, but no suction. Do you guys even care as a business?
