Based on my experience ordering things for my vehicle, they are fairly well stocked, reasonably priced, and the parts people do due diligence in finding out if what you need is in stock or available for order. I doubt that someone would be able to purchase larger items (i.e. engines, etc.) but I get the impression that they would be able to point you in the right direction.
Excellent service! Worked with Josh, who was very nice and accommodating. I love my new VW Taos.
I had an appointment for the car and I dropped it off early and they finished it early. The service department had outstanding communication and even sent me a reminder a day before the appointment.
Great salesperson , Josh took care of what I was interested in. Didn't try and push all the extra stuff not needed. Will definitely recommend these guys.
