I have not purchased from this company, but their delivery driver thought it was acceptable to use my front yard as a turnaround spot. He was driving at a fast speed, fully aware that what he was doing was not appropriate, and I’m just grateful that my dogs were not outside at the time. When I called customer service, they didn’t believe me that their driver would act in such a reckless manner, so I sent them the video as proof. I have yet to hear back from them.

Our water heater cracked in our camper 3 days before our camping trip. I couldn’t find anywhere local that had what I needed and all the other websites I looked at were charging a ton of money for expedited shipping. Then I found parts via and in LESS than 24 hours I had my product in my hands! I had a little trouble with the ordering process and called for help and even customer service was top notch! Very reasonably priced too! I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

Delivery is fast and free, not directly to my home but to their partner store, 2 miles from me in Brooklyn. The store called me and left a message that I could pick it up. I’m satisfied with the service.

First time ordering from this company, so far everything look legit. Did not give me the option to purchase with paypal !!!!!!!!!!! But gave me numerous options where i could pick up my kit today!!!!!!!!!! I personally will shop here again.
