If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD!! Matt was my sales person I got the car not even a week ago snd Im already having issues with the vehicle. Cant drive it so Im ubering to and from work. I called them and they cant service the car til a week out almost. I also spoke about receiving money off my first payment being as so I cant drive a car I just purchased from them and also zero help there! I strongly feel they knew there was issues and sold it to me anyway and now Im spending money to get to work have to wait to get the cat serviced so thats even longer ill be spending money to make it to and from work and all of this while I have a car rigjt outside my home thst I cannot drive. Avoid THIS PLACE PLEASE I TRULY BELIEVE ITS A SCAM TO GET YOU INTO ANYTHING AND STUCK! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!

Hello All, Yesterday July 31st 2024 I visited Patriot Auto Sales located in Norfolk VA. I had been financing a vechile for almost two years. I needed something more spacious so I contacted Jason. He reassured me that something that will fit me would be available once I’m ready. I must say , he was correct! I was afraid that my insurance payment would be a bit beyond my budget. Jason searched around for a more affordable rate. I am very pleased with my purchase. I truly appreciate Jason for going above and beyond. Thank you also Patriot Auto sales for providing affordable car payment plans. I highly recommend this company. They are awesome.

That's a shame I'm here looking at the reviews and I must have spoken to the same lady that yall did which SPEAKS VOLUMES about the staff but more importantly THE MANAGEMENT at this establishment. How is it that they are ALLOWED to CONTINUE to be rude to customers and still be employed...one of the reviews I saw commented on her three months ago how is it that they are still employed. This MUST be a family owned company😒. I called up there today just to inquire about possibly renting one of their vehicles and I asked ONE question about the insurance and she pretty much tried to carry me like I was slow or something.
