Great communication. I scuffed my 2023 black jeep wrangler pretty bad a while back and was scared to see what the price would be to get it fixed. I went to Patriot Collision and talked to Ben, he had given me an estimate in about 10 minutes and had very reasonable prices compared to another dealer I had seen a few months ago. I was told I could pick my car up the following week (Monday), I dropped it off and got it back within 3 days. Excellent considering how usually busy they are. The receptionist Nicole, was very polite and provided me updates and information I had asked for. Roger had throughly explained the pricing and work needed to be done. I was not confused once! Great experience and I do recommend this auto repair shop. Thank you!

I give Patriot Collision 5 stars for a few reasons. The biggest reason being that the employee, Nicole, who helped my Grandmother was absolute gem. I know my grandmother can be a handful, yet Nicole handled her with kid gloves and was so sweet & kind going, as far as to treat her like family. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and actually went outside with my grandmother and helped her get settled into her rental as well showed her how the seat, radios, etc worked on her rental. She is a very passionate employee with communication and customer service skills that surpass most people. I’d highly recommend Patriot Collision for ur all automobile needs. And definitely request Nicole!!

I highly recommend Patriot Collision Center. They were a bright spot during the completely awful time of trying to deal with insurance and a rental car etc. They are professional, detailed, reliable, obviously skilled, and KIND. My car looks brand new after a nasty dent across two doors. They did a phenomenal job on the repair and paint job (the paint color was very hard to match but they did it). They even cleaned out the inside of my vehicle and washed it. Roger answered every question I had promptly and I just can't say enough good things about him and the entire team.

I do not recommend this company. Very unprofessional. Took a lot of effort in communicating with the staff about my car and at the end after getting my car fixed by them and paid in full months later received a call by their new employee Nicole accusing me of federal crime that I did not pay for the services, after telling Nicole it’s been paid in full. Apparently she thinks the collision center is a federal entity to give such an accusation. After squaring away everything with the manager about the misunderstanding of the payment I was in shock on how they deal with customers. I should not have even gotten a call from them until they investigated on their side. The manager just made an excuse for the employee saying she is new. That still does not give Nicole any right to throw out rando

Well this could have been a really good review on how a company stands behind it work but it's not guaranteed for life like other repair shops. The only place the paint is pealing is the hood, which is where they did the work. Repaired in 2012 now peeling, and they say they are not willing to do anything! For longevity, go somewhere else!
