So I came here in August 2025 for a vehicle it’s now October 22 2025……I got tricked when I got my car…I took it for a test drive an it was perfect they then took me to another room to sign all the paperwork and I was done then I go outside and the guy say oh this isn’t the car it’s the one next to it that he had pulled out already. Meanwhile I’ve signed an was done with the paperwork to this car I didn’t text drive…..so now it’s mine an they already had it put together because how did you pull the wrong car out for me to text drive but a whole different person had the right paperwork to this broke car that I’m driving now it’s only be 7 weeks an I’m now here again for service.

"Great" sales reps in this Patriot organization (sarcasm). Went to look at a used car at 12 noon, liked it, ready to go, rep tells me "if your that interested, come back after work and we'll get you set up to get the car when it comes out of service" because HE wasn't ready to take the deposit right then and there, EVEN THOUGH I HAD CASH IN HAND, so I say great see you then. Dude doesn't hold it, doesn't say anything to the manger, nothing. Went back, get halfway through my paperwork, manager comes over and goes "Well I have good news and bad news, bad news is car is sold, good news is I can put you in something different" and proceeds to try to talk up other vehicles. Absolute unprofessionalism at its best. Go somewhere else, they're gonna screw you too.
