I went in for an Express Service tire rotation, and l left with feeling violated. Not only did the 10-minute tire rotation take an hour and a half, they performed checks that I didn't even authorize them to do. The most major violation of this was bringing me "my" cabin air filter to show me it should be replaced. To get to that filter, they have to open up your glove box, go through/pull your items out, and then remove to get to the filter. So they went through my personal and private property without my authorization or permission, since all I asked for was a tire rotation. They also brought me "my" engine air filter, showing how dirty it was. I never asked them to do that. Also, since they took my car to the back instead of the Express Lane, I'm sure those filters were their display

Short version: If you bring your car here for inspection and they tell you a list of repairs are needed to pass, go somewhere else for a second opinion. Long version: I brought my car in for state inspection (2013 Impreza; 160K miles). It passed the emissions inspection but failed the safety inspection for the following reasons: parking brake doesn’t hold (which it does), a headlight was out (which it wasn’t), exhaust leak (but somehow passed emissions test), and they wanted to replace the control arms (wear on bushings). Parts and labor costs would’ve been $2,300 and that was just to pass inspection. This doesn’t include the separate list of recommended repairs which would’ve added an additional $2,300 to the bill - not an exaggeration. I said I was going to take it somewhere else for a

The oil light came on and I brought my vehicle to Piazza in Limerick b/c their website said no wait and b/c they quoted the oil change lower than anywhere near me in Paoli. Its worth the extra drive Will G helped me at intake and was very considerate, friendly and on point. He helped me with the bigger picture - there was more I needed to look at than just the oil change and to save money. Will helped me with my many questions and concerns about inspection and warranty, god bless him. They are definitely not the kind of dealership that leaves open questions. Im now doing the responsible thing. I left all concerns addressed and a lot of confidence/conviction. And I’m still very appreciative they got me in when they did. They’ve won my business here on out.. Btw, the 24 models look/smell g
