I reached out to get a diagnostic on my M2 here today. Couldn’t have gotten a better turnaround. They got me in within a day from first reaching out, told me what the issue was and got the part from the dealer the next day and installed it. Under 3 days start to finish and they kept me in the the loop the entire time. Great work, quick turnaround, and fair prices. I will absolutley bring my cars here and refer friends

Explain whatever the issues are and explain what it will take to carry out the repairs. Not every repair facilities take the time to go in detail to explain required repairs. EXCELLENT mechanic!!! Paul has serviced my Audi several times. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars, in addition he is honest and trustworthy.

I live in NYC and I still prefer to drive to Paul and Son shop when my car has issues or I need maintenance done to it. I don't let just anyone service my vehicle! Paul always takes his time explaining what's going on with my car and he can always solve my issue quickly!! I don't see me letting any other mechanic work on my car. He's taken care of each of my cars. I feel most comfortable at his shop and I don't feel like I'm getting haggled.
