Juan Gamarra and Nelson Moreno were very helpful and gave us a great price for a new car. It was straight forward and I think what helped us a lot was that we had all of our ducks in a row. We did our research and we knew what we wanted. Negotiation was easy. Ernest Gomez in finance was communicative and transparent. Great experience all around!

I came in last week for an oil change and to address two recalls—it took about two hours on a Saturday, which was reasonable. However, I dropped off another vehicle the following Friday at 8 AM for a simple oil change, and by noon, it still wasn’t ready. I was told there were “four more cars ahead,” which was frustrating given the early drop-off. With prices steadily increasing and little transparency about wait times, I’m seriously considering taking my Hondas to a different dealer or independent mechanic moving forward.

Flavia, Juan and there sales manager were great. If I could give them 10 stars I would. This experience was the best. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything In detail. Mark in the parts department is also great. I love my car. I will be visiting them, even though I don't need service. Great people and very caring

I am buying a new 2020 CR-V. I spoke to sales man, his name is Guy. After some negotiations, I spoke to his manager (Ryan) and we agreed on the price. I gave my credit card for deposit and SSN along with other information for the credit application. After 2 days, I got a call from another manager and he said they can’t do the price they agreed. I am not sure what kind of dealership does that? I would NOT recommend this place for any business. They have NO value to their words. All they will ask for paperwork. No value to commitment or whatsoever.

Flavia and David were great!!!! 10/10, definitely recommend!! They really care about getting you out of there with the price for you!! Very happy with my result and my Honda, thanks to them!!
