This Big guy dude have bad attitude, and make up prices and high! for a power steering reservoir that cost 19.99 in autopart? he wanted $25? and small piece hose that cost $3 he wanted $5? the other guys were nicer and know the used old prices!

I had a bad experience there with the big guy with ponytail he was very arrogant I dont know if he’s the owner or just an employee, if he’s an employee I dont think his boss will be vary happy that this guy is overpricing parts, i went to get some things that i needed, i was quoted 550 dollars for Salvage parts way too much money, they wanted 60 dollars for the rusted rotor that I wasn’t able to remove that is just crazy to me. 350 dollars thats how much I spend ordering new parts. I can suggest people to ask for a quote first and then look online for new parts and see whats best for you .

First time here.. Super helpful and informative with getting a tire and rim. The labor to pull the part and the parts themselves were cheap all together. Great service!!

On Tuesday, 9-16-25 I called Paul's to inquire about a manual transmission for a Honda Civic that I had seen online. I was told that it was $300 with an additional $125 if it was removed by Paul's. I told the gentleman that I would not be able to come out until Friday 9-19-25. He was pretty sure it would still be there since it was a manual transmission. On Friday, I went to Paul's with a mechanic friend. I told the man behind the counter why I was there and he said he didn't believe they had any manual transmission Hondas. I explained the earlier phone call. He looked up the information in their computer and still said no manual tranny.
