They gave me an eta of 20 minutes, called back after waiting 25 minutes, was told he was about 10 minutes away, called again and spoke to the actual driver who then said he was 23 minutes away because the call he went on he couldn’t winch out 🤬 wish they would have just been honest to begin with, called another tow company! Nothing worse than being lied to! Also , when I told the tow truck driver to forget coming because I called another company, he drove 25 minutes anyway to harass me and the other tow truck driver that I called! That’s poor service and took pictures of me being stuck!!! Really should have contacted police

I really appreciate the friendly service we received. We took some items to Clarksville TN on our two year anniversary of the tornado that ripped through Mayfield. On the way back my alternator quit and we were stuck at Benton exit on the purchase parkway. They quoted me cheaper than other places and we're very professional.

Great towing company. Had called around 1am looking for a tow (apparently roadside assistance through progressive insurance is no good after business hours). These guys were in front of my car within 20 minutes and had me on the road in another 10, paperwork and all. Reasonably priced, too! Hope I don't need another anytime soon but if so, I'm calling these guys!

Well the lady at the counter is very rude with all kinds of attitude. They charge entirely too much for a simple call won’t give a printed receipt they give you a hand written ticket with scribble marks all over it and the drivers are incompetent at towing a vehicle without damaging it. There are chain marks on the sides of the car where the driver was slinging chains. And there wasn’t a zero star option to give so that’s why there one star. Do not recommend this company to haul a dog house
