We have taken multiple vehicles here for windshield replacement and also windshield rock repair. Cameron does a great job with the repairs, and Brittney is excellent with customer service/care from the front desk. Their entire team is very friendly and want to make sure their customers are taken care of. It feels like they value creating lasting relationships with customers and not just making a buck off of one job. I definitely recommend this shop!

Payson Autobody is the best! They are honest and trustworthy, and do amazing work! Our van had a dent in the bumper, these guys got us in and out the same day! They also gave us a ride to our house while we waited! Great service! We have now used this shop 2 times. They are the best! My sons car was damaged and they fixed it! It was quite the job, but his car looks amazing!

They are very disorganized. There lobby was a complete mess. Took my car in to get fixed. They said it would take a couple weeks to get my car in. Followed up a couple times over two months and they never got back to us to get our car fixed. Finally took my car into Clegg Autobody, had a 10/10 experience they got my car in and fixed within 2 weeks.

We got a rock chip on our way to Moab and had to get it fixed immediately so it wouldn't spread in the cold and rain. We called about 10 places and no one wanted to stick around on a Friday night (understandably). They were super friendly and got us back on the road within 30 min, taking care of insurance and everything. Super efficient, great service, and incredibly personal. Give Kitty a scratch for me!

I used Payson Autobody and Glass to replace my windshield. After the replacement I noted paint chips and scratches all around the windshield from where metal tools were used to pry the windshield up. The mechanic broke numerous retainer clips for the trim. The trim pieces rattle and whistle at highway speeds because there is little to hold them down now. The rearview mirror was not installed properly and shakes when driving. I am good to my vehicles and am disappointed in the workmanship my vehicle received.
