Ron Gordon's Tire & Service

I love Ron Gordon’s Tires & Service! They are always helpful, accommodating, efficient, and professional. I live outside of Payson City but still come back to this shop because of how personable they are. Another thing to note: I think they have the most comfortable waiting chairs I’ve ever sat in. And when I’m waiting for a bit…it’s definitely something I appreciate. Don’t hesitate. Just give them a try and you’ll see what I mean.

Ron Gordon’s is an absolute gem. They genuinely prioritize people over profit, which is rare these days. Another shop severely over-torqued my wheels, and after days of trying plus visits to three other places that couldn’t remove them, I finally brought my car to Ron Gordon’s. They welcomed me immediately, put me at ease, and were able to remove the wheels without any damage. When I went to pay, they told me not to worry about it. That level of integrity is hard to find. These guys likely saved me thousands by preventing a snapped lug. I won’t take my cars anywhere else. Huge thanks to the entire team, especially Corbin.

Very professional and friendly, with good prices. Ron himself is a very good man. I was in his (Church) Ward for over a year and know him to be honest, friendly and caring of others. It's recommend either of his shops to anyone! It's worth 10 stars easily, but sadly they only let me give it 5. 😉

My husband engaged their services for years before he passed. I have since moved to Orem and still go there because I have confidence they are not going to push or sell something that is not needed. Once I went in for a tire issue and they took care of it assuming the tire was under there warranty. I explained that was not the case because this was a different vehicle. They shrugged it off and still didn't charge me. Another time someone had told me my battery was cracked and leaking. I took it in to them, they cleaned it up and said it was fine. Today my battery did need to be replaced. I walked in. They immediately accommodated me because I had to wait. I arrived a bit before closing time with a trailer tire needing repair. The manager got it in for repair quickly, and the polite young man that repaired it did a great job and loaded it back into my car with a smile. My family and I have gone to this same shop for decades, and will always be grateful for the kindness and professionalism we have come to know and depend on.
