Quick Quack Car Wash

I payed for a wash and while I was wiping the car getting ready to vacuum they closed. Which is fine except they saw me still out there and shut off the vacuums. I flagged the guy walking around outside told him the vacuums were off and he just said “we’re closed” and walked away. I believe the use of the vacuums and towels are part of what you pay for. I would recommend teaching your employees better business etiquette.

There are always the most friendliest people working here. I get the ceramic coating wash and my truck always comes out shiny and clean. This car wash does a great job at getting all the dirt off and even scrubs the wheels so that's a plus.

I love quick quack. The wash always does a fantastic job. I like to keep my membership year round but I HIGHLY recommend one as we come into winter ! They do a fabulous job of keeping the equipment running well and I am always happy with my wash. Somae was the cashier when I went through the wash earlier this week and she was so attentive and nice to chat with. You are guaranteed great customer service when you are at this quick quack. 10/10 splendid work guys!

We love Quick Quack in Payson, UT! The staff are always kind, helpful, and professional. My grandchildren love the way they interact with them and beg to wash the car on the regular! They also play “find the ducks” in the tunnel and love to guess which scent is featured in the wash as we go through. My car is always clean and I love their policy of returning as many times as needed if it’s not, which rarely happens.

I sprayed my car down with the hose before going in to try and get it extra clean. Then went through car wash and my car was still pretty dirty. I don’t expect it to be perfect, but yikes. Better than before but to pay $13 and still be pretty dirty…Employees were nice.
