This is my first review ever. This place has everything! They know exactly what you need and how to get things done and done quickly. I don’t need to go anywhere else.

First time there picking up parts for work the order was ready people were very friendly

My Safety Pressure Release plug blew out on me at the Pilot truck stop on 12/10/19. This stranded me because I could not build up enough air in my system. I called PBS and spoke to "Tony." Tony helped me the best he could with the initial phone call. Tony went the "2 extra miles" to try and find my part locally. He spent a lor of time on this trying to help me! Subsequently, I had to order from Volvo in Indianapolis. Tony allowed me to have my part sent to his store, and on the next day, Gary sent a pretty lady to deliver my part to where I was stranded. Great people at PBS truck parts. Yes, Im an impartial customer who lives on the westcoast.
