Rochester Ford

Should be 0 stars. Charged me 698 dollars to put new rear brake pad , rotors and caliper on, told me caliper was stuck so old and rusted, mechanic listed as Phil..... fast forward 2 years took it someplace else because still making the noise and they said ...still had original parts on it and caliper was seizing, just to be sure, took it for another opinion, same thing, this guy said no way did Rochester Ford actually replace the caliper its the original Ford part. So I emailed, got no reply, called and the manager wasn't available, they called back but at that point my daughter has car at college with her and having it fixed up there. I have pictures and the receipt from them saying what parts they replaced etc. Its been suggested I take them to small claims court since the 2 other mechan

My wife and I were looking for a minivan for our family and were struggling to find something within our budget. We went to Rochester Ford and connected with John about a Honda Odyssey. I took it for a test drive and, as I usually do, called a local mechanic to have it checked over. The mechanic told me, “Don’t worry about bringing it in, I know they have a great reputation and won’t sell you a bad car.” After seeing me on the phone, John asked if I wanted to move forward. I explained that I usually like to have a mechanic look at it first. He offered to have their service team check it over for me, and they quickly identified and fixed a few issues. He also gave me a detailed report on what was found. We were able to move forward at a great price. John even filled up the gas tank before

Just bought my 2nd new Ford from Aaron this year. Ended up taking a 23' we purchased from another dealer where after numerous service appointments and being told we would have to pay for the next one since they couldn't duplicate the radio blacking out even after witnessing it when we drove it in while it was happening. The service dept. at Rochester Ford told us what was wrong even without it being out during the appt. and fixed it on the first try at no charge. Aaron, John and Shari all have been nothing but pleasant, professional and great to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for service or to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I can not thank the service department enough. While traveling our car broke down and they were able to get us right in and back on the road in less than two hours. They are truly amazing people there.

You guys have one of the absolute best transmission mechanics out there his name is Reese. I didn’t have him work on my transmission, but it was after hours. He was still in the shop and I needed an opening for my heater hose on my 2023 Ford he hooked me up and got me on the road
