What a great buying experience. My wife and I have bought numerous vehicles, but this was hands down one of the best! We hand done some online research on a new Bronco Raptor. We saw one My wife liked at this dealer and drove up on Sunday to look at it. We were contacted via messages by Patti. She was great, no pressure just info I needed. After getting pricing worked out, it was rather painless and enjoyable. The actually stayed late because of our work schedules. What a remarkable experience considering some of the others we have had. Got the vehicle we wanted, at a great price and even gave me what I wanted on trade!!! Very professional all through the process and have earned my business for the foreseeable future.

Purchasing my vehicle at Peach Ford was quite possibly the most enjoyable car-buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish, (which was under two hours, may I add…) Patti was helpful, knowledgeable and comforting, especially for purchasing out-of-state. I recommend Peach Ford to anyone looking, it was WELL worth the two hour drive for me.

I was more then ready to give this dealership a 5star but like most stories I guess it was to good to be true. Like other reviews I see, we were made to believe that the spare key to the vehicle we purchased was in a lock box unable to get to at the time. We have it stated in the owed paperwork that we are still owed the key. Their policy is 14 days and we are now approaching 2 months with still no key. The saleswoman has given us the complete run around from it’s been ordered right after purchase, to it’s been miraculously overnighted... Complete lack of accountability and at this point we don’t believe any of it. Also to mention we had to wait over 30 days for dmv paperwork, that we had to call for 5 different times!
