My first experience involved my 2012 camaro I had purchased from your dealership. I brought it into the service department to have the rear struts replaced. My bill was $300 more than expected for a service of this nature. Upon reading through the receipt I found that I was charged a 100% markup on parts. I have yet to find an explanation behind this. My 2nd, and what will be last, experience with your dealership involved my 2021 gmc sierra at4 I had also purchased from your dealership. I brought it in to be serviced in mid august after the body control module failed an update. I was informed then that it could potentially take 2 months to get the part in. Fast forward to mid November, 3 months later, and I had yet to be contacted about the status of servicing my truck. So I took it upon m
