Pelican Pointe Car Wash - Mandeville

My car experienced the Causeway dead bug effect last night so I took my car to Pelican this morning and paid for the fancy car wash. The attendants took extra time to scrub the front of my Forerunner because it was bad. Unfortunately, there was a person behind me who didn’t like that it was taking longer than 3 minutes so he drove off in anger. I’m sorry for that since I blame the smelly dried out bugs and not the awesome dudes at Pelican — hope person behind me understands they were just doing a great job, like they would have done right after mine.

I recently visited Pelican Pointe Car Wash and opted for their most expensive car wash package. Initially, I was disappointed with the results as my car looked no cleaner than before, and it was covered in water spots. Additionally, the car wash equipment damaged my passenger side mirror. However, Dustin from Pelican Pointe Car Wash reached out to me to address these issues. After talking and meeting with him, he personally inspected my vehicle and explained what may have caused the water marks. Dustin assured me that he would replace the mirror and also generously provided me with a month pass for car washes. Dustin's customer service was truly world-class. His dedication to resolving the problem and ensuring my satisfaction was impressive. I highly recommend any of his Pelican Pointe C

The new glass cleaner is not as good as the old pink cleaner but otherwise pelican car wash is the best ✌️

Paid for the $25 wash.. heard a rock hit my Porsche panamera when I got to the flappers.. had to listen to it drag over the paint.. stuck, completely powerless. After that, there were still streaks and dirt on only the back half of my car. :( I feel like instead of paying $25, I should’ve been paid for that lol. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

I had an amazing experience here! The staff were super friendly, and they paid great attention to detail. For sure the best car wash I’ve gotten in town, and a great deal!
