Pennzoil Discount Tire & Muffler

I had a really disappointing experience at Pennzoil Discount Tire & Muffler. I stopped by to get a quick bit of air in my tire something that literally takes 15 second but the worker on site refused to help because he had two paying customers ahead of me. I understand prioritizing paying customers, but refusing such a simple, quick request showed a real lack of customer service. A small courtesy goes a long way, and this situation could’ve been handled with a bit more professionalism and care.

When by 2 da,s in a row to try and get a front alignment. Was told it would be about 2hrs and nobody was even there. Next day I was told they would be able to get to it at all.

I will NEVER be back here. Dude wouldn't do my alignment bc he said he feel the "tire" going back and fourth and its the lower control arms. Which isn't, i took it back to my mechanic shortly after and it not even that. They said they personally had problems with them as well. If you want to be charged and get something fixed that's not messed up go to this " shop". Wish i could give zero stars.

When it says share your experience to help others, that’s exactly what I’m doing, everybody that’s going or thinking of going to this place PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews, they are not quality. They are just ready to collect money and get you out the door. These people are shade tree. They’ll know the problem with your vehicle but won’t tell you instead they do some kind of minimum maintenance to whatever YOU think your car problem is JUST to get your money. Real professional mechanics don’t do that. What lead me here is because I was late to my appointment with SNIDER AUTO CARE (they are awesome professionals) but moving forward I absolutely felt TOOK when I left here. But they needed the money I guess because their shop looks very very bad and thrown together (RAGEDY). DO NOT GO TO THIS
