This company has really “dropped the ball” with my reservation. I reserved Friday evening around 5:30ish, received an email back with confirmation my truck of equal size or larger would be available. I didn’t need the truck until Sunday so that’s well over the 24 hour that they require for a “guarantee”. Email states they guarantee, however no truck was left at the Home Depot pick up location. I received no phone calls or emails that they couldn’t complete my reservation. I live in NC and drove into Charleston WV (4 + hours) to pick up this truck to bring in some much needed items. I’ve had my time wasted from this company and they honestly don’t care! I woke up this morning and they actually charged me $100 because I “cancelled” my reservation! I didn’t Cancel, Penske did! They didn’t del
They were super nice and took good care of me and my big rig I had a burn out on I77 and John came out made sure it was safe to get to the shop got to the shop first thing in the morning when they opened up and they got me in as soon as I drop my trailer in there yard great customer service thank y’all
