Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I RARELY write reviews but had such an outstanding experience at Strickland Brothers, thanks to Mark and Rocky and felt they really deserved a shout out! From the moment I arrived, Mark and Rocky were friendly, professional, and thorough with my options and charges associated with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions (which was a lot lol). They let me know I needed my tires rotated soon and informed me that SB provides that service there, which I was unaware of! Their teamwork, efficiency, and communication was impressive. It’s rare to find employees who truly care about both the quality of their work and the customer experience. I hate to admit, but I am usually a devoted Kanawha City SB customer, but after the level of service I received here

**Coupon on their website. ** I was there first thing in the morning. I was greeted by both gentlemen in a friendly, approachable manner. They understood my questions and were patient when I referred to my husband. I was in and out quickly. I also found out my Jimmy is a Diamond Edition, so that is neat. Definitely recommend these guys.

The professionalism and kindness from Korinn and Rodney this morning was amazing. They checked everything in my car, put air in my tires, taught me how to use the oil life in my car, etc. I did not have to move out of my car. Ill only use them in the future.

Took another car here to get the oil changed, had great service-like how they check the lights and can replace if needed and check the air filters too. Highly recommend, they even adjusted a wiper that needed tightened. Remember to check for coupons to use.

Seemed quick. 10-15 minutes is way better. I liked the attention to detail and they seemed to get it done quick. See ya Walmart automotive. 2 hour oil changes are a thing of the past now ..
