Walmart Auto Care Center

I came in for a tire. Realized just how bad it was. Thankfully Walmart auto was open at 5 on a Saturday! They checked all tires. Turns out another one was about to go and had a nail in the other. Superb service. Kind and friendly and patient. Thanks for keeping me safe 🫣🤭🤓🥰 thanks for checking all tires even though I thought I just needed one. You probably saved my life.

BB took great care of us for our tire situation. We had a nail in our back tire and they fixed us right up! Courteous and helpful. Quick and efficient especially on this memorial holiday weekend. Clean and well organized. Close to the interstate and gasoline. Tons of restaurants and shopping. Wonderful to have this solution so nearby and accessible every day! Thank you Wal Mart for being here and helping out in a convenient location!

I stood there for an hour before anyone even acknowledged me for them to tell me they were booked and could not fit me in for an emergency tire repair. If someone would have asked me sooner I could have been on my way and it would have only taken 2 minutes for them to be courteous.

While the tire technicians here are great, I was very disappointed with the service. In addition to the lack of sufficient stock of tires and lack of adequate communication from staff, I had to wait for over a week to get my tires replaced. If you are ever in a situation where you need to get emergency tires, please take your car anywhere else. 0/10 experience, the one star is way too generous.
