Penske Truck Rental

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. From the tire falling off mid driving , to the oil life at 0% and to top it all off all my boxes were covered in water when driving through a rain storm . HIRE BETTER PEOPLE TO DO INSPECTIONS BEFORE YOU LET PAYING CUSTOMERS TAKE OFF . 16 hour drive turned into a 24hour drive with all this that happened . I believe this company needs to shut down . Oh and all they offered was $150 for the tire that flew off on the interstate going 50mph . This place is all jokes . I would stay away take my advice please!!!!

Well let me say I was first impressed by a gentleman named Ben from the downtown Nashville location when after holding for quite some time and even after he figured out that I needed a different store he continued his excellent customer service skills and presold my Penske truck with ease and confidence. Within 20 minutes I was in the correct store with my truck rental keys in hand and greeted with another skilled kind and knowledgeable employee named Heather. I truly appreciate how I was treated by the both of them and I highly recommend if you are in any need of these services to look no further. Worth every penny
