Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Came in for a quick and in emergency repair. They are very friendly and professional at the same time there.They repair my tire fast and let me go back to my car in the middle of the road. I stopped to the store next to them “Firestone” and they denied my repair because they were trying to sell me a new tire. Let me tell you PepBoys are my boys. Good job thanks.

My car died & needed a battery. Borrowed a car to drive here & purchase a battery. Manager stated they only installed batteries and couldn’t sell me one unless I brought my car in. Called a different pep boys & found out they DO sell batteries. Called corporate to report this store. They never followed up with me. I guess they pick & choose who they do business with. So do I. I don’t choose pep boys anymore. Terrible company.

BEWARE. I went in to have my TPMS sensors replaced in May. I received a call about an hour in saying they had damaged one of my tires in the process. Rather than offering to fix what they damaged, they recommended I purchase four new tires, citing the fact they were worn and ready for replacement. Pep Boys didn't know I had been at the dealer earlier that week, and all my tires were in the green, so I called BS. I told them to put the spare in the spot they damaged the tire and I drove elsewhere to buy a new tire. 6 months later, the tires Pep Boys wanted to replace are still in the green, and performing excellent in the recent snow. Pep Boys did replace the TPMS sensors for a competitive price, but I didn't appreciate the $$$ upsell on tires I 'needed'. I won't be going back.

Honestly, this was my first time going here and I walked out super impressed. Ron provided great customer service, the repair was faster than I expected, and the pricing was fair. Would absolutely recommend!

Best place to get a oil change fast and Responseble 25 minutes in and out they check my filters and tires treads and check my air. Good place to go to I would definitely recommend going to.
