They asked me to leave a review, that it would help them a lot - If i was able to leave a 0 star review, i would. here’s my review Went in at 5:02pm, needed new wheels swapped onto my current tires. They Advised me it would take an hour or less(considering there was nobody ahead of me). They ended up finishing at 7pm, i made my payment at 7:05pm. 2 hours…. BUT WAIT, IT GETS A WHOLE LOT BETTER. I will attach images to show the following events as i got onto the highway. Wheel & Tire completely FLEW OFF. Thank you PepBoys Baytown, here’s your review for your amazing work.

Ed was amazing! Very attentive and resourceful. I came in about 30min until closing (in distress)- my car door latch was stuck and he immediately came out to assist and got me back on the road! 10/10 Definitely recommend for future services!

This pep boys has to be the best pep boys I ever been to. First, I have an Audi 2023 and let’s just say not too many shops know about or want to touch Audi, but this pep boys have saved me soo much dealers fees and worries. I drive 40 minutes to come to this one exactly because they are great and Josh is the best. I appreciate the help and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

​Frustrating experience—disorganized and illogical pricing. ​I made a 6:00 PM appointment at the Garth Road location after the manager confirmed the headlights were in stock. After waiting 30 minutes, they told me they didn't actually have the bulbs and sent me to AutoZone to buy them myself. ​I spent over an hour dealing with this "simple" fix. Even though I provided my own lights, they still tried to charge me the full $48 original quote. They also tried to make me come back a second day for a 2-minute light alignment. It took an argument with the mechanic and the manager, Josh, to finally get the charges dropped for the 10-minute installation work. ​Summary: 1 star for poor service and illogical charges, plus 1 star added because Josh eventually dropped the labor cost. Ed and the rest of the Pep Boys were great, and the service was completed efficiently. I will not hesitate to use them again.
