Mr Parker is a most gracious host. He explained everything and got me n and out in great time! The tech pointed out some minor to/do items after inspecting the vehicle. Very nice folks

Mr. Clarence and his team were able to get me in and out. I went there to see if my flat tire could be repaired, Mr. Clarence inspected my tire and explained that my tire was basically dry rotted and couldn't be repaired. So he was able to locate me a good and reasonably priced tire. Thanks to him and his team, I'm back rolling. I recommend giving them a try. They're fair and go over and above to help you.

I called before I got there. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He said come on in. I was greeted with enthusiasm and excitement. They changed my battery and filled the air up in my tires all within an hour. Best service ever

I had three bad tires, two separated, on my way from Atlanta to Austin. Thankfully, the gentlemen at the Bessemer Pep Boys were nearby. I got four new tires, an alignment and balance in just about 90 minutes and was back on my way to Austin. My car now rides smooth and quiet thanks to the guys at Pep Boys. They even took 10% off of my entire bill, which is greatly appreciated. Great service, and a knowledgeable and caring staff and crew. Thank you so much for the excellent work!

Im giving them a 1 star bc after leaving express oil mad, I arrive about 3:45pm on friday. They close at 7pm so I asked the guy if I need to bring it back tom or if they have time. He even went and asked the service man and both told me, theyre good, do it now. They take my phone # and I walk to Walmart, and tractor supply. I get back and my car is pulled in and nothing done. When I walk in, a very rude older black gentleman that usually sells tires, asks me if im leaving it and can get a ride home. I have an appt I have to be at saturday at 10am so what changed? He told me if I left it, he could have it done by 10am. They said it takes 45min to turn each rotor. The biggest problem I had was this...
