RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Let me start this with if there was a chance to give them zero stars I would. On 10/26 my husband went into the Boardman, Ohio location to get service on a back passenger tire on your recently purchased vehicle. That tire in particular was purchased a year ago from this same location due to a nail that was stuck in the side wall and it was not able to be repaired so we had to replace the tire. Great we are fine with that those are things we can’t control. The tire was purchased for a total of $331 and some spare change which is high but we went ahead with it. When buying the tire I was told that the tire had a 55,000 mile (PRORATED) warranty on it but not till today did I know that this is for tread and not a hazard warranty. Unfortunately, PepBoys was unable to fix my issue. However, they explained to me that if they went ahead and did the repair, it could lead to other problems or issues down the road. Which I gladly appreciated their honesty!

The staff is really rude, the worst employee I have ever seen. They don’t know how to deal with the customer. Need to be learned how to deal with the customers and provide quality service. I have book my appointment but they didn’t mention anything during the booking and once I reached their they don’t have appropriate tools to fix the issue.

The service technician Eric is the best!!! My car drove like it was new when I got it back. It has over 190,000 on it. Eric has to have a magic wand to make it drive and steer so well!!
