I had a great experience at this location today. I recently purchased a new car and came in because my tire sensor was out. The two gentlemen who helped me were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They took the time to explain the issue, addressed it quickly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive such honest and helpful customer service. I truly appreciate their assistance and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need,

Found a nail in my tire. Took it to Pep Boys and talking to the manager Mr Mark made everything so much better. So professional and kind. The technicians were able to work on my car immediately and took care of my tire. They even completed a complimentary inspection and inform on things I didn’t know. Mark was awesome!!! He was wonderful from the first time I spoke to him on the phone and through the whole replacing my tires experience! He brought things to my attention about my vehicle that I was unaware of from previous experiences at other locations! Thank you again! I highly recommend this location! And make sure if you do make an appointment to ask for Mark! =)

Service was great. I called this morning and spoke with Mark. He told me to come on in. He’ll check my car out , Robert helped me out and Kareem was very knowledgeable. All the gentlemen were great and knowledgeable!
