Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I’ve been to this Pep Boys a few times, and the technicians are excellent — they work hard, care about doing things right, and even helped me once after hours to patch a tire. That’s why I came back for a bigger service. They do their best to provide good service and honor their warranties. Ask for Marlon or Ken at the desk and trust them to diagnose and fix any issues on your car. They have a high volume of customers and do their best to pay attention to everyone. Give them a call and ask for help and they've got you.

They are amazing. Traveling from Florence SC to Alabama . My tire was going flat. Pulled in with my emergency. They said sure we can help you. Tiffany called carvana Got them to fix it under warranty. New tires rotors brakes and alignment. She worked her magic. Im so grateful for them.. wish I had a trust worthy place to go to in SC.

Polite and professionalism from the start. They were able to address my problem in no time. I am very grateful for their service and smile on today! The experience I’ve had at the Salem Rd. Conyers Ga. location was the worse ever. I took my mother’s car on a Sunday, they ran tests codes to see why it was making some weird skipping noise and the check engine light was on. The two guys there said they couldn’t figure out what the codes were. So they asked if we could just leave the car till the next morning and there specialist would be in tomorrow to help us out with what the codes were. So the next day Monday morning they called me mother and told her what the codes were and asked her if she wanted them to do the repairs. She asked them how much would that cost herself. It was over $2,000. So she told them if it’s going to fix the problem then go ahead. The next day which was Tuesday I drove her car and the check engine light came back

Went to get a simple oil change from them last month. Well it turns out they broke the gasket for the oil drain plug and my car was leaking oil. If you want low-mid tier work! This is the place for you!!!
