Today was my first time coming to PepBoys Crestwood location, what brought me in was my need for a vehicle inspection. I had the honor of being helped by Joe. Joe was nice, attentive, and efficient. The store was clean, had great amenities and I would love to make this place the home for my vehicle. Thank you so much Joe for your help today see you next time!.

Crestwood Pep Boys has GREAT staff. Joe and Yolanda make a Awesome Team. Keeping customers informed about services in such a positive & professional manner. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Pep Boys location in Crestwood, IL. I called ahead to schedule an appointment to have my brakes replaced and specifically asked for a quote. The gentleman I spoke with stated that brakes and rotors would cost $209.00 per axle. Because the price sounded low, I asked him to repeat it to ensure I heard correctly, and he confirmed that amount. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. After waiting over two hours, it is now 1:00 PM as I write this review, and I have been told my car will not be ready for another hour and a half. When I questioned the large price difference, the salesperson, Yolanda, stated that the company is now using a call center and that I am not the first person to complain about inaccurate quotes. I brought my car to this location for a new battery. Yolanda was very helpful and professional. I spoke with customer service prior to arriving at the store and was given incorrect information over the phone. Yolanda went above and beyond to make sure that a new battery was installe, this was my first time at this location and I was very satisfied with the service and the gentleman that installed my new battery was very nice and professional.

Best auto repair service ever! I had a flat tire early Sunday morning and couldn’t get into any other auto repair shop bc every place had appointments, including this Pep Boys shop. However, Yolanda wanted to make sure I was taken care of so she took my cell number and let me know she would call me if an opening came available. After 20 mins of continuing my search and getting on a 3 hour wait list at another shop down the street, Yolanda called me and said they could get me in. She was so nice and thoughtful! Another major shout out to Justin and Danny who were great and quickly repaired my tire to get me back on the road since I was over an hour from home.
