Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Called yesterday and made an appointment to have tires installed on my vehicle at 9 am my tires were already delivered to the store and they were aware of the size . I drove 2 county’s away for my appointment and was told they couldn’t do my tire that maybe when their tire guy got there at 2pm he could try to do my tires but no guarantees because they were 37s but the tires were delivered to their shop and I booked the appointment with their worker! Very poor communication and than he didn’t want to help me load the tires up so I could take them some where else! If I could save anyone some time take your vehicle to discount tires and let them install your tires you get lifetime balance and rotation and they have amazing customer service unlike the extremely rude customer service I experie

Update: Pep Boys have handled this complaint, and the resolution satisfied my request. Thanks for doing the right thing! I have had them service my car for oil changes only in the past. This time I asked for a tire rotation in addition. I got a call that they "couldn't" rotate the tires b/c they were wearing wrong. I did explain they only had 10K on a 65K warranty and I would deal with where I bought them. In the meantime, I picked up my car and ALL 4 tire sensors weren't working and they WERE when I brought the car in (the manager acknowledged this). Long story, my 4th trip back (within a month) I'm still getting excuses of why the tire sensors no longer work (they did order one but that apparently didn't fix the problems as all were still out) While it was there for the air sensor

Had a nail in my tire that was discovered at the end of my workday… Called and Toby had me to come right in. It was near closing time, but they got me in for the plug repair. Friendly accommodating service! Will definitely be back for future needs.

Great experience from initial call to pick up! Toby was awesome. New brakes and fresh oil done same day.
