BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Especially for women that don’t know much about cars. They dont try to sell anything or services. They inform you of the problem! And get right down to the solution! You’re not there all day and the waiting area is clean and accommodating. The bathrooms are extremely clean and offer a changing station in private for children or breastfeeding mothers. They also offer vehicle inspections for Uber and Lyft for a reasonable price. I was serviced by a man name Amari, But his entire team was on point! The women whom worked the front cash registers. They address you properly, you’re not ignored and they answer any questions! I will always continue to come and send others. Plenty parking and wheelchair access as well.

They used to have great service, but the past 6 months has been rough. They haven't honored appointments and even tried to keep my husband's car overnight for an oil change. He had called prior to make sure we could get him in same day.

It's never a good sign when you come in at 9am to get your car serviced and the Manager (caucasian male) of the service center is sitting down on his phone and not acknowledging customers eating food delivery . The young African American male was helpful and polite. But there was no communication about my car from anyone I had to continually come to the front desk asking when the car would be ready. After getting up for the third time I asked the manager to let me know what was exactly wrong with the tire( I had a slow leak.) No one came to let us know what was wrong. When I finally got up for the fifth time to just ask for the keys to the car as I had another engagement to attend it was 2oclock! There was no one at the desk we waited for almost ten minutes. Horribly poor communication and I was scammed. Told me the pricing for parts is around 200 (ended up 281) which was fine by me but when I got there for my car, they charged me around 1,553 in LABOR FEES and 282 for “other”. 33$ for taxes. I had to pay 2,151 dollars as my final payment!! This was JUST for battery change and heater fix! Do you know how insane that is to leave that out of the call? In the recipe, half of the stuff which costed hundreds of dollars was “outside purchases” but this was also left out of communications. Then they refuse to give me my car back because I didn’t have 2 thousand dollars, which how could I? I was never told it would cost this much! Before going there, just read all of the horrible reviews from the last couple of months and here is mine: 1. Disrespectful employees, they do not care about you nor about your car at all 2. Appointments are not honored 3. Mechanics that work there shouldn’t be car mechanics in the first place. It shouldn’t take 6+ hours to do common maintenance on the car. DO NOT GO HERE at any cost!!! Save yourself this very big headache and just go somewhere else. I truly hope this place shuts down soon
