Autumn the assistant manger and Patrick the manager were literally the nicest people i have ever met. Me and my bf are from Pa and on our way to Tennessee and had gotten a flat tire in Kentucky, long story short triple a guy messed up our tire extremely bad causing us to buy a last minute 3 day hotel and leaving us with no car and no money luckily after 2 other car shops we came here to Pep boys and they got us in fast and took very good care of us. They actually covered the cost for us and we're incredibly nice. We are so very thankful for them and wish them the best.

Me and my boyfriend came in here with a nail in our tire; two previous shops said they could not fix and we would need a new tire. They fixed it and it’s been great since. The guy at the front desk was very personable and even told us about his cars and his life, it was a wonderful experience! would recommend and we will definitely be coming back here. :)

The Manager, Matt, worked with me to get the best price possible for four new tires and brakes before my Christmas trip down to Texas. I dropped my car off on Friday morning, and he set the expectation that it would probably be ready on Saturday due to staffing. I remember he mentioned he had just assumed responsibility for this location. Overall great service.

Went to get rear brake pads replaced because the dealer quote was too high. After taking my car in and waiting about 45 minutes, they told me there would be an additional $79 charge because they had to hook my car up to a computer to disengage the parking brake. I said no, for that much I will take it back to the dealer, and they said well we can "work something out, give me a minute." I waited a bit for them to return, but they said the repair would take 2 hours and I didn't have 2 more hours to wait. So I went up to the counter to tell them to forget the whole thing and they said my car was almost done. I had never agreed to the extra charges and specifically told them not to do the work if they were going to charge me more than I had agreed to. I wound up paying about $40 more than expe

Second experience on 10/16/25 - was just as perfect as the first time around (see below). I seriously just love their customer service and their efficiency in getting things done! Unless it is an emergent situation without a Pep Boys around, I am not taking my car anywhere else! I had the best experience of my 52 years of driving and having to have a repair made. I had never used Pep Boys in the past but I can guarantee you I will be using them in the future. Steven was absolutely wonderful and I no longer than sat down until everything was already completed. I didn't even have an appointment but I was lucky enough to get in because as I was standing there someone canceled their appointment by phone.
