Luckily for me, I went to my local Pepboys in Marlton, NJ today to get an innocent oil change! The Mechanic Stan, identified that my rear rotors were undersized for my Mazda CX5 and advised me NOT to drive the car! My husband and I were very upset because the rotors I had were from a couple of years ago installed by the dealership and we felt as though they were trying to "sell" us something. Just the contrary, Stan never suggested that I buy anything and he was only concerned for my safety. Once we calmed down and I was able to contact Mazda, Stan went over and above and spoke to the Service manager and explained the situation, the car was towed and too our surprise, Mazda agreed that the rear rotors were in fact the wrong size and unsafe! I was looking for comparison pricing as the dealership had quoted me A high price for Replacing the rear suspension of my minivan. I called and was told that I Needed to bring in the minivan so that they could see what exact parts were needed and could give me a quote. When I got there, I had them do a diagnostic to make sure I really needed it done, and they completed that and less than 10 minutes, And told me that they could Replace the rear suspension and replace the brake fluid and I'd only have to wait an hour, So I decided to just get it done right then. True to their word, the car was done in an hour, the price was a good amount less than the dealership, and the drive home was amazing because the van wasn't bouncing as it had been for quite a while. This place is absolutely PHENOMENAL. Full stop. I've taken my car there for oil changes, and yesterday a tire rotation. The communication, courtesy, and pricing are top notch and I can't say enough how much I truly enjoy working with these gentleman. Always polite, the follow along with the work in progress function on the website is priceless, and the whole experience is smooth start to finish. Special shout out to Sharif, and I forget the other gentleman's name (forgive me), but he was also excellent.

UPDATE——1star to 4 star. I called at 7:36 am. Stan told me he gets there at 7:45 every morning. no response. So I emailed the corporate office. They got back to me immediately. My daughter went back with her car at around 9 am. Still no return call. They fixed her car, except the TPMI light. Stan said that, even though they charge you to “rebuild” your tpmi sensor, they don’t really do anything except put a new valve stem on. Most places put new batteries in them and a new valve stem. Stan did say he would fix it for us though. which I appreciate. I just wish they would take time and fully explain this stuff. I would’ve went elsewhere. DO NOT GO. READ FULLY!!!
